Refund and Returns Policy

Right to return items (Right of withdrawal)
Due to the custom and personalized nature of the items offered by Frapperie, the right to return items for any reason, also known as the 14 day cooling off period, granted under the EU and UK’s distance selling laws, does not apply. All personalized & custom orders are therefore exempt from return.
In the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your plaque, don’t hesitate to contact us. We stand behind our product, and will work with you to rectify the issue.

Lost / Delayed / Returned packages

For any order not received within 30 days from the date of dispatch, please contact us. If tracking has stopped updating and the post office deems the package lost, a replacement or refund will be given.
Please note that refunds are not granted for orders that returned to us for any reason. Returned orders can be resent to you upon payment of shipping costs.

Damaged packages

Please contact us with photos upon receipt of the damaged merchandise. A refund or replacement will be provided.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet :

  1. First, check your bank account again
  2. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
